Tiers of Joy Cakery's owner and cake artist is Julia. She started creating cakes for fun in 2002. Since then she has taken many cake decorating classes and worked in a bakery assisting the head cake decorator making custom cakes.
Tiers of Joy Cakery was founded in 2008 with the help of Julia's sister. Locally, Julia has won awards in cake and cupcake decorating competitions. Julia is knowledgeable in using buttercream, royal icing and fondant for creating custom handmade designs. Only high-quality ingredients are used to make cakes and decorations.
